Bringing Birth Back Home

Imagine a place where birth is honored not as a medical procedure, but as a sacred family event. We are building a freestanding birth center designed to offer the safety of professional midwifery care within the comfort and peace of a home-like sanctuary. This facility will be the physical heart of our mission—a place where families can welcome their children in dignity, surrounded by love.

What is a Freestanding Birth Center?

The Best of Both Worlds

A freestanding birth center is a licensed birth space for low-risk pregnancies that sits between home birth and hospital care.

It provides a calm, homelike, non-clinical environment where you are free to move, eat, and birth in the way that feels right for you—surrounded and supported by experienced, skilled midwives who respect and trust the natural birthing process while ensuring safety and personalized care.

Safety & Expertise: Our team includes Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs), providing skilled, evidence-informed care with emergency equipment and protocols on hand should it become necessary.

Autonomy: You are the primary decision-maker in your care. We provide no routine interventions, unless desired and/or necessary — only attentive, patient, and watchful support as you make choices that honor your needs and preferences.

Comfort: Spacious, private suites that feel like a bedroom, not a hospital ward. Spacious, private suites designed to feel like a cozy bedroom rather than a clinical hospital ward, offering privacy and a calming atmosphere.

Designed for Comfort & Connection

Every square inch of this facility is being designed to lower stress and promote family bonding.

A cozy bedroom with a bed, nightstands with lamps, an armchair with a pillow, and large double doors leading to a garden outside.

Water Birth Suites

Each suite will feature a deep, dedicated birth tub for labor and delivery, offering natural pain relief and a gentle entry for the baby.

A cozy bathroom with a bathtub, candles, potted plants, and toiletries.

Family-Centered Spaces

Birth is a family event. We will have dedicated areas for fathers, siblings, and support people to rest, eat, and be present for the miracle.

A cozy living room with two light blue armchairs, a wooden coffee table with books and a bowl, a patterned area rug, a potted plant, a window, wall art, and a small kitchenette with shelves, a coffee machine, and kitchenware.

Home-Like Atmosphere

Warm lighting, comfortable queen-sized beds, and a kitchenette—because a relaxing environment is key to the progression of labor.

Studies show that for low-risk pregnancies, birth centers offer safe outcomes with significantly lower intervention rates.
