Restoring the Soul of Health Care

A home where every mother is a neighbor — not a number. We are building Southwest Michigan's first faith-rooted birth and wellness center, and we need your help to open our doors.

VISION FUND - HELP US OPEN OUR DOORS

Every day we are not open is a day a family goes without the care they deserve.

We are in the final stages of securing our space. Your early gift signals to our community that Covenant Life has the support it needs — every dollar goes directly toward our opening.

Black infants in our region are still 2.5–3× more likely to die before their first birthday than White infants.

Nearly 70% of Black mothers in our region don't receive adequate prenatal care — not because of biology, but because of a system that doesn't see them.

Calhoun County's teen birth rate is 60% above the Michigan state average — young mothers who need mentorship, not just a medical appointment.

Black mothers face nearly 40% higher preterm birth rates in our urban centers — they need a dedicated advocate, not just a clinical appointment.

These are not statistics about strangers. These are our neighbors. And we believe, through the power of community and the grace of God, we can change every one of these numbers.

A mother in Kalamazoo is pregnant, scared, and choosing life. She doesn’t need a number in a queue. She needs someone to sit with her, believe in her, and walk beside her — from the first heartbeat to the first birthday and beyond.

That’s why Covenant Life Birth and Wellness exists.

Your Gift Restores Dignity.

“We aren’t just treating patients; we are nurturing relationships and renewing hope for generations to come.”

A Collaborative Community for the Whole Person—Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Too often, healthcare feels fragmented. In a system designed for speed, patients are frequently viewed as a collection of symptoms rather than a whole person. We see the exhaustion of families trying to find answers in a 'pill for every ill' culture that rarely stops to ask why you are hurting.

You were made for more!

Covenant Life Birth & Wellness Foundation is a nonprofit collaborative lovingly established to provide exceptional, compassionate care for all people. We are a community of dedicated, independent providers returning to the timeless wisdom of relationship-based care—where you are truly heard, deeply known, educated, informed, and treated with the reverent dignity due every unique creation of God.

At Covenant Life Birth and Wellness Foundation, we believe true healthcare begins where compassion meets community. Getting back to the roots of healthcare means restoring dignity, listening deeply, and treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—rather than a collection of symptoms. It means bringing care out of sterile corridors and into the neighborhoods where people live, supporting families before crisis, and honoring traditional wisdom alongside modern medicine.

Community service is not an add‑on; it is healthcare’s foundation. When we provide accessible prenatal care, birth center options, chiropractic, primary care, offer culturally informed education, provide space for community support groups, and partner with local leaders, we create resilient networks that prevent harm and foster wellbeing. Our approach centers trust, informed consent, continuity, and equity—ensuring every person has a voice in their care and every family has the resources to thrive.

Reconnecting with these core principles revitalizes healthcare as a shared responsibility. By blending professional expertise with humble service, we restore healthcare to what it was always meant to be: a healing presence rooted in community.
