As of 2026, federal law lets you pay Direct Primary Care membership with pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars — up to $150/mo for an individual or $300/mo for a family. Every founding rate above sits under that cap, so your entire membership can come from pre-tax dollars — often a 20–35% effective savings. - Same or next-day sick visits and direct contact with your care team — no call centers.
- Five-day clinical coverage — Nurse Practitioner & telehealth, Monday–Friday.
- Chronic-condition management — diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and more.
- Prescriptions & refills included — no per-prescription visit fees.
Birth center, midwifery, doula, and lactation services are offered separately and are not part of DPC membership. Acute sick visits may be shorter, in person or by telehealth, to protect you and other members.
10% of Everything Funds Someone Else's Care.
Ten percent of every membership is set aside into our Care Access Fund — free and subsidized care for families who couldn't otherwise afford it. At 250 founding families, that's over $30,000 a year in free and subsidized care — with zero grant dependency. Our mission: whole-person care for every family — primary care, midwifery, birth, and a doula for every mother who wants one.
