Memberships & Donations
Direct Primary Care membership is enrolled and managed through our partner, Hint Health, under its own terms and agreements. Donations are processed by our giving partner, Zeffy. Gifts are voluntary and, to the extent allowed by law, tax-deductible — Covenant Life is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 39-4711841). If you have a question about a gift you’ve made, please contact us and we’ll gladly help.

The content on this site — including text, the Covenant Life name and logo, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Covenant Life and is protected by law.
