Privacy Policy.
How we handle the information you share with us — and our promise to protect it.
Last updated: July 2026
Covenant Life Birth & Wellness Foundation (“Covenant Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through covenantlifemi.org. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you contact us through our website form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or inquiry.
Donations
Gifts made through our website are processed by our third-party giving partner, Zeffy. You provide your payment and contact details directly to Zeffy through their secure, PCI-compliant system. We receive the information needed to acknowledge and record your gift (such as your name, contact information, and gift details). We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers. Zeffy’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Membership enrollment
Direct Primary Care membership is enrolled through Hint Health at covenantlife.hint.com. Any information you provide there — including any health information — is collected and protected under Hint’s policies and applicable law, not through this website.
Information collected automatically
Our website is a static site and does not set our own advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs may briefly record technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts. Embedded tools such as the Zeffy donation form may set their own cookies within their frames, governed by their respective policies.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions, prayer requests, and partnership or membership inquiries.
- To process, acknowledge, and keep proper records of donations.
- To provide information about our care, memberships, and church & organization partnerships.
- To send updates or newsletters — only if you have asked to receive them.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations as a nonprofit.
How We Share Your Information — and How We Don’t
Your information is never given to other organizations for their own marketing or fundraising. Full stop.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- With service providers who help us operate — such as our giving platform (Zeffy), membership platform (Hint Health), and email or form providers — and only as needed to perform those services for us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Covenant Life, our supporters, or others.
Donor Privacy
We hold the trust of our donors as sacred. Our donor practices are consistent with the principles of the Donor Bill of Rights, developed by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and partner organizations. As a donor, you can count on the following:
- We will never sell, trade, or rent your name or personal information to anyone.
- You may give anonymously, and we will honor that request.
- You may opt out of any communication from us at any time, and ask to be removed from any list we keep.
- You have the right to know how your gift is used, to receive prompt and honest acknowledgment, and to ask questions and receive truthful answers.
- You may ask what information we have on file for you, and request that we correct or delete it.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on trusted, PCI-compliant partners (such as Zeffy) to handle all payment processing. Please understand that no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time, and you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make any of these requests, just contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
As our ministry grows and our services expand, we may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, note them clearly.
